An Act to permit certain banks to utilize armored trucks to pick up the
deposits of its customers.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
§ 6.1-41.1. Any bank holding a certificate of authority from the
State Corporation Commission or national bank whose principal office is
in Virginia may utilize armored venicles for receipt of deposits of its
customers; provided that such vehicle may receive or pick up deposits
only at a location where such bank could establish a de novo branch pur-
suant to the provisions of § 6.1-39.
