An Act to amend and reenact § 2, as amended, of Chapter 202 of the
Acts of Assembly of 1950, approved March 14, 1950, relating to the
season in which squirrels may be lawfully hunted in Scott County.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 2, as amended, of Chapter 202 of the Acts of Assembly of
1950, approved March 14, 1950, be amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 2. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, it shall be lawful
to hunt, capture, take and kill squirrels in the county of Scott during the
period beginning September fifteen of each year and ending September
thirtieth following, and * then beginning and extending through the season
fixed by regulation for the hunting of small game generally.
