An Act to repeal Article 8 of Chapter 3 of Title 46.1, consisting of
88 46.1-140 through 46.1-148, relating to the registration and licensing
of transporters of motor fuels.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That Article 8 of Chapter 3 of Title 46.1 of the Code of Virginia,
consisting of §§ 46.1-140 through 46.1-148, is repealed.
