CHAPTER 620
An Act to permit the deputy sheriff in certain counties to also serve as
dog warden of such county and as town sergeant of the county seat
of such county.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. The deputy sheriff of any county having a population of more
than three thousand three hundred inhabitants but less than four thousand
five hundred, shall be authorized to serve as dog warden of any such
county, and may also serve as town sergeant of the county seat of such
county.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
