CHAPTER 517

An Act to amend and reenact § 32-22, as amended, of the Code of Vir-
ginia, relating to compensation for ‘the members of the State Board of
Health.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 32-22, as amended, of the Code of Virginia be amended and
reenacted as follows:

§ 82-22. Compensation.—The members of the Board shall receive
no salary, but each member shall be paid a per diem of * twenty-five
dollars for the time actually engaged in the discharge of his duties, to-
gether with his actual expenses incurred therein, to be paid out of the
Board’s funds.
