An Act to amend and reenact § 82 of Chapter 44 of the Acts of As-
sembly of the Extra Session of 1986-87, approved January 18, 1937,
which provided a new charter for the town of Front Royal, the
section relating to licenses for motor vehicles, trailers and semt-tratl-

ers.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 32 of Chapter 44 of the Acts of Assembly of the Extra
Session of 1986-37, approved January 18, 1937, be amended and reenacted
as follows:

§ 32. The Council may require of owners of motor vehicles, trailers
and semi-trailers * licenses for the privilege of keeping and operating such
vehicles in the town * and may levy and assess taxes and charge license
fees upon such vehicles.

2. Anemergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
