An Act to prohibit the examination of certain persons in certain pro-
ceedings except by certain physicians.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1, § 1. In the event a medical examination is ordered by any court
under the provisions of Rule 4:10(a) of the Rules of the Supreme Court
of Appeals of Virginia, such order shall specify physicians who are resi-
dents of or have an office in this State, unless the Court, in the exercise
of its sound discretion, should determine that the ends of justice will best
be ae by ordering an examination by a physician who is not a resident
