CHAPTER 434

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding, in Title 26 thereof, a
section numbered 26-86.1, to provide a form which may be used by
fiduciaries for accounting.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding, in Title 26 thereof,
a section numbered 26-36.1 as follows:

§ 26-36.1. Any accounting by a fiduciary may be substantially in
the following form:
